Return & Exchange Eligibility:

• Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to request a return or exchange.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including all tags and labels.
• Non-returnable items: Gift cards, sale items, or items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
• No hidden fees: All fees involved in the return or exchange process will be clearly communicated to you in advance.

Notice: We will process your refund, which will cover the price of the product itself, excluding shipping fees. Unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, in which case we will provide a full refund (including shipping fees). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Return Process:

1. Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sale-dress.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Obtain Return Information: We will provide you with a return address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number, and ship it back to the provided address.
3. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process, and place a new order for the desired item. The item you want to exchange must be returned first before an exchange can be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide free return shipping and ensure that you receive a full refund or exchange. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and will handle the issue promptly.
