This is a new factory second blem from Microtech denoted by the grenade engraved on the blade. 

Blemish noticed: could not locate any blemishes. Box says 1135-1BOCS-Z4 instead of 1135-2BOCS-Z4.

The all new LUDT Gen III from Microtech Knives is here! This version rides on 24 Silica carbide bearings and has grip tape inlays with torx hardware. It also features a milled titanium back spacer. These are sure to please!
